הזמנה :
הזמנתך תישלח בדרך כלל תוך שני ימי עסקים לאחר אישור התשלום. ייתכן שיחלפו עד 10 ימים עד שההזמנה תגיע אליכם.
אתם יכולים להיות בטוחים שהזמנתכם תעובד במהירות ותסופק בבטחה לכל מקום בעולם. עם זאת, לא אהיה אחראית על פריטים שעוכבו עקב שביתות דואר או עיכובים שאינם בשליטתי, כגון חגים. במקרה זה, אנא אפשרו זמן נוסף לקבלת הפריטים.
משלוח :
עלויות כל משלוח לכל חלקי העולם מחושבות באופן נפרדי על סמך משקל הפריט הנרכש בגרמים ומדינת היעד.
כל ההזמנות מתבצעות באמצעות שירות דואר אוויר רשום של דואר ישראל.
ניתן לבצע משלוח בתוך ישראל באמצעות שליח. אנא פנו אלי למחיר העדכני. (נא לבדוק עם רשות המכס שלכם לגבי עמלות מכס אפשריות אך בדרך כלל הם לא גובים מכם תשלום).

תשלום :
כל המחירים המופיעים הם ב-ש"ח / דולר אמריקאי.
גביית התשלום תיעשה על ידי חברת סליקה ישראלית.
ההזמנה שלך תישלח לאחר קבלת התשלום.
לא אשלח הזמנה כלשהי עד לאישור התשלום.
כל הפרטים האישיים שלך, כגון שם, כתובת ומספר כרטיס אשראי, נשמרים בסודיות ואינם מועברים לצד שלישי. בטיחות ואבטחת ההזמנה והמידע האישי שלך חשובים לי מאוד.
תנאים :
התשלום יבוצע לפני משלוח ההזמנה.
משלוח :
התכשיטים נארזים בקפידה, ונשלחים בדואר רשום במעטפות מרופדות.
מדיניות החזרה :
אני עומדת מאחורי המוצרים שלי. כל ההחזרות חייבות להיות מאושרות על ידי מראש, תוך 7 ימי עסקים ממועד המסירה.
לא יתקבלו החזרות ללא אישור החזרה.
יש להחזיר את הסחורה שלא הייתה בשימוש, במצב מושלם, עם האריזה המקורית, ולצרף את הקבלה או החשבונית.
עלות המשלוח חזרה היא באחריות הלקוח וחייבת להיות מבוטחת וששולמה מראש.
לא יינתנו החלפות או החזרים עד שהסחורה תוחזר אליי.

Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase
Ordering:
Your order is dispatched normally within two working days after clearance of payment. It might take up to 10 days until it arrives to you.
You can be sure that your order will be processed fast, and safely delivered to any part of the world. However, I will not be held responsible for items delayed by postal strikes, or delays beyond my control, i.e. public holidays. In this case, please allow additional time to receive items.
Shipping:
The costs of each shipment to all parts of the world are calculated separately based on the weight of the purchased item in grams and the destination country.
All orders are shipped via Israel Post's registered airmail service.
Shipping within Israel can be done by a courier. Please ask for the current price. Please check with your customs authority about possible customs fees (but usually they won’t charge you).

Payment:
All prices listed are in ש"ח / U$.
Payment will be collected by an israeli clearing company.
After payment is received, your order is processed.
I will not process or dispatch any order until payment has been cleared.
Your details, such as name, address, and credit card number, cannot be read by anyone else. All personal details are kept confidential, and are never passed on by me to any third parties. The safety and security of your order, and personal information, are very important to me.

Delivery:
Jewelry is packed carefully and shipped by registered mail in padded envelopes.
Return Policy:
I stand behind my products, all returns must be pre-authorized within 7 business days of product delivery.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization.
The merchandise must be returned unused, in perfect condition with original packing and enclose the receipt or invoice.
Return freight is the responsibility of the customer and must be insured and prepaid.
No exchanges or refunds will be issued until the goods have been delivered back to me.
